Maksim Greinoman
Maksim Greinoman is admitted to practice in Estonia as a sworn advocate, which is a full status giving him rights of high audience at the Supreme Court of Estonia and the Court of Justice of the European Communities. Maksim has a Master of Philosophy degree from the Manchester Law School.
Prior to establishing this firm, Maksim was an advocate at the law firm of Teder, Glikman & Partnerid, and a member of the commercial law team there specialising in M&A, competition and commercial law. His clients during that period included many of the major Estonian and foreign professional investors. Maksim’s experience of practising law has also included period in London, where he was a visiting lawyer at Middleton Potts.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Maksim co-authored Estonian chapters of Arbeitsrecht in Europa,
Redundancy Law in Europe and a number of journal articles.
